Stripe

You connect Stripe to your Ada app through Stripe’s own authorisation flow.

This section appears even when no payment service is detected in your app.

Before you begin

Make sure your Stripe account is ready before you connect it in Ada:

• Create a Stripe account at dashboard.stripe.com/register.
• Add your business information. Sign in to your Stripe Dashboard and fill in your business details in Settings.
• Add your bank account information in Settings, so Stripe knows where to send your payouts.
• Complete any verification Stripe requires. Your Stripe Dashboard shows any steps still needed to activate your account.

Connect Stripe

You’ll sign in to Stripe and approve access, then return to Ada.

1. In the Stripe section in Ada, click Connect with Stripe.
2. You’re sent to a Stripe page. Sign in to your Stripe account.
3. If you have more than one Stripe account, choose the one you want to connect.
4. Review the access being requested and approve it.
5. Stripe sends you back to Ada, which now shows Stripe as connected.
